There are several different ways we can work with you:

Part time Interim:  Many companies need the regular support of a Sales and Marketing Director but not on a full time basis.  This can be flexible and set as a number of days per week or per month as your needs require.  In this way you can have access to expertise for board meetings, to assist with on-going strategy, mentoring and monitoring of sales people and targets etc. from a Sales and Marketing Director who will really get to know your business, its people and your marketplace.

Temporary Interim: Usually utilised to support a particular project, such as a Business Start-Up or new product launch, alternatively to cover sickness or maternity, an experienced temporary interim Sales and Marketing Director can rapidly step-in to your organisation and make a positive difference, ensuring the success of your project or protecting your situation. 

Consultancy:  Often it is appropriate for the Interim to carry out an in-depth review of your organisation or project and then present you with a range of options. This is normally done on the basis of agreeing the scope of work and the time required in advance. 

Payment Terms: Our consultants will normally charge an agreed day rate with payment being at the end of each calendar month. The term of the contract can be fixed or open ended, with an agreed period of notice.
